My father has been an electrician in Antalya for years; our paths crossed with Veito in the brand's early years. I have been in the field since 2019 — I grew by going out on installations and also taking on registration, warranty and brand work. In 2024 we decided to continue under our own name.
We don't do combi boilers or air conditioners either. Knowing every model, every fault and every installation scenario of one brand is far more useful than knowing ten brands superficially. The person who comes to your door isn't seeing your unit for the first time.
Our job records are kept in a panel we wrote ourselves; availability, area workload and warranty records are processed automatically, and no missed call gets lost. We want technology to save time, and the time saved to go into doing the job properly.
