Everything worth knowing about Veito instant water heaters, installation requirements, upkeep and the warranty process.

Who Is Veito, Is It Turkish-Made?
One question we often get: "Where is this device from?" Short answer — Veito is a Turkish brand.
  • Manufacturer: Cemsan Elektrikli Cihazlar San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.
  • Factory: Trabzon, Vakfıkebir — Beşikdüzü Organized Industrial Zone
  • What the name stands for: Vakfıkebir Export Import Transport Organization
  • What they make: Tankless (instant) water heaters and carbon infrared heaters
Being domestically produced has two practical results: you don't wait for spare parts, and warranty processing happens without sending the device abroad. Detailed information: What is Veito, who makes it?
What is a Veito instant water heater?
Veito is an electric instant water heater that works without a storage tank, produced at its own 100% Turkish-owned factory in Vakfıkebir, Trabzon . Unlike traditional water heaters it does not keep water standing; it heats the water the moment you open the tap.
  • No standing losses, high energy efficiency
  • Compact, fits into small spaces
  • Consistent temperature performance in any climate
  • Backed by an authorised service network across Turkey
Which Veito model is right for you?
The right model depends on where you'll use it and how much hot water you need:
  • Blue-S / Blue-E: whole-home system, 380 V three-phase, ~8 L/min
  • Flow-E9: whole-home, several outlets — kitchen and bathroom, ~4.5 L/min
  • Flow-E7: whole-home, several outlets — the lower-output sibling of the E9, ~4 L/min
  • V1100 / V1200 / Glow: shower units — shower head only, ~4 L/min

To settle on the right model, tell us how many people live in the home and how many outlets you draw hot water from.

What's needed before installation
Before a Veito can be fitted, your home needs to meet the following:
  • Supply: a 380 V three-phase line (Blue-S, Blue-E) or 220 V single-phase (all other models)
  • Breaker: Blue-S / Blue-E 3×32 A · Flow-E9 40 A · Flow-E7, Glow, V1100 / V1200 32 A
  • Cable: Blue series 4G4 NYM · Flow-E9 3G6 NYM · Flow-E7 / shower units 3G2.5 NYM
  • Water pressure: at least 0.25 bar (manufacturer's figure)

Antalya's water and Veito
Antalya's mains water is hard. In tanked water heaters and storage cylinders that means a serious limescale problem; but not on the Veito models with a wire heating element.
  • Veito doesn't hold water in a tank; it heats on demand — thanks to the wire heating element no limescale builds up inside
  • No periodic descaling is needed (all models except the V1200, V1100 and Glow)
  • The older-generation models with a classic heating element, V1200, V1100 and Glow are affected by hard water
  • The only things that can clog are the accessories: the tap aerator, the inlet filter and the shower head
  • A simple filter on the inlet cuts down on sediment
Service life and check-ups
Veito units typically last 10 years. They need no compulsory servicing, but if you'd like a check-up, here's what we look at:
  • The electrical connections and the breaker
  • Cleaning the inlet filter and the aerator
  • The flow sensor and the temperature control
  • Replacing gaskets and filters where needed

To book a check-up, message us on WhatsAppor give us a ring. We're here Monday to Friday 09:10–18:00 and Saturday 09:10–16:30.

How the warranty works
As an authorised service we register every unit we install in the Cemsan system. For faults covered by the warranty:
  • The service call-out is free of charge
  • What's covered is decided by the manufacturer
  • You can run a warranty check with your serial number
  • Outside the warranty, labour and parts are chargeable
Electricity use and savings
A Veito only uses energy while you're using hot water. Against a traditional tanked heater:
  • No standing losses (no cost for keeping a tank hot)
  • The less you run it, the less it uses
  • Blue-S / Blue-E: 21 kW (380 V three-phase)
  • Flow-E9: 9 kW · Flow-E7: 7 kW · Glow / V1100 / V1200: 8 kW (220V single phase)

The faults we see most
Most service call-outs come down to one of these:
  • No hot water: usually a tripped breaker or a blocked filter
  • Low pressure: a plumbing issue or a dirty filter
  • Water only lukewarm: the flow is too high — ease the tap back a little
  • The unit needs a reset: the overheat cut-out has tripped
If something goes wrong, send us a photo and a description on WhatsApp and we'll point you in the right direction quickly.
Who chooses Veito?
Veito is widely used in private homes and commercial premises alike:
  • Serviced flats: nothing to maintain, good rental returns
  • Boutique hotels: independent hot water control in every room
  • Cafés and restaurants: an on-demand answer where space is tight
  • Villas: an alternative to a central system
We've completed more than 8,500 installations across Antalya.
